NOVEMBER 2008!!! It's been a looong time since I posted....

Time flies when you are having fun.......

Yep, it's now November 2008 and he we are STILL waiting for our little girl. A lot has happened these past 18 months.

Tim has been on two deployments to the Middle East. We survived that though it was tough on us all to be separated so much.

In January we amended our adoption paperwork as we hope to find our daughter on the Waiting Child list of our agency. These children have been abandoned also but have minor (sometimes correctable) medical conditions. We should hear from our agency with news of a potential match around the new year....2009, that is!

We moved to sunny Colorado in May and absolutely love it here. We have made many new friends already and love the mountains, skiing, hiking and sunshine. We finally got a new puppy; a beautiful Rhodesian Ridgeback called Koda (African for Mother's Pet). She shares a birthday with Jack (she was born on June 13th....2008) and is a good fit with our family.
