Zhengzhou, Henan province

We are in the city of Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan province. We spent the afternoon relaxing by the pool as tomorrow at 10am we meet Ruby, become a family of six AT LAST and the fun really begins!

Welcome to Henan!!

So, as I type, you are TRYING to fall asleep. KNOWING that Ruby is ON the train, heading for YOU; are you at the Crowne Plaza? Are you ready for the most adorable little girl to fall in love with her mama....hope you practiced carrying 20+ pounds around :) It will be the greatest workout!!!

Waiting for the morning. I have goosebumps & tears just thinking about it!

Hello Sarah! We've been away all weekend, so I have not had a chance to catch up on your blog, but you have certainly remained in my thoughts and prayers! Thanks again for the sweet photos... it means a LOT that you tried so hard for us!

Wow...as I lay down to bed this evening, you will be holding your sweet Ruby in your arms!! The moment you have all been waiting for is FINALLY here! Like Sara, I have tears and goosebumps just thinking about it!! Can't wait to see photos and hear all about your precious daughter! We have been praying that God would also prepare her tender heart for this special day! Blessings and Hugs to all! <><

Ok, by my time zone - you are AWAKE (IF YOU SLEPT) and you will be meeting Ruby shortly, For good. For ever. For keeps. Your little girl. The girl you prayed for and dreamed about for years before taking that leap of faith. The little sister. Your sons' mei mei. The one they will be protective of & you will catch them playing with Barbies "for her". Here she comes!!

I will be up late tonight hoping beyond hope that you will post!
