Last post in China

We leave shortly for Hong Kong and will fly back to the States on Friday morning. We are very excited to be heading home.

Our journey to China is over but our life together as a family of six is just beginning. It has been the trip of a lifetime and one we will never, ever forget. It was a long, difficult wait to get to this point but the miracle at the end was so worth it!

"Not flesh of my flesh,
Nor bone of my bone,
But still, miraculously my own.

Never forget for a single minute,
You didn't grow under my heart,
But in it."

I have loved seeing God's hand at work in the life of your family. Thank you for sharing your story and for giving us all a glimpse of such a miracle. The picture of your complete family is just beautiful. I am praying that you have a pleasant flight home and that Ruby eases into life here in Colorado. Let me know when you arrive home. I would love to bring dinner over on Sunday or Monday night to welcome you home.
